It is almost 1 month since i last posted.Busy for the past 3 weeks, definitely...for my 56th Cadet Officer Course:Respect and Humility.For 13 weekdays, i had to wake up every morning around 5am,wash up, get changed, eat a little before going down to Amoy Quee Camp for the course.Through the course, we had many lectures that are though rich in content but the duration are somehow too long.the course have went through series of leadership lectures, adventure trainings and some hands-on topics such as the SAR21 and some orienteering skills-SAFTI challenge.

The 3-weeks long course is a course that i must say that is a very interesting course and i got to know alot more friends from other NCC school units.I am from the Syndicate 2-Lightning:West Kilat!!Lightning, the very name we gave ourselves that translated from the malay word 'kilat'.We have grew from strangers to syndicatemates and now, we all know each other and have became friends.

Personally, i have enjoyed the adventure trainings and the trip to watch the commandos unit live-firing close up best.On my Graduation Ceremony, i would like to thank all my friends for their prescence. Our syndicate performance was also very well done as well as the other 3.We are not only united as a syndicate nor a comapny nor a district, we are the 56th!During the performance, we supported each other, congratulated each other as well.It is definitely, A Night To Remember.

On Friday 12 December'08 2000hrs, 56th Cadet Officer Course have finally ended with a great fullstop.But this has just brought us to a new chapter and not end of the story.Our lives as a Cadet Officer has just begun, and may it be a fruitful and enoyable experience to everyone.Right here, i would like to convey my thanks to my instructors, OIC-C/CPT Syukri, 2IC-C/CPT Fahmy, PC-C/2LT Hashim(Winnie the Pooh) and APC-C/2LT Xin Ran.You all have seen us grew and taught us alot as well.

man...time flies eh?last time i posted was in july?and now october!!!wat sia...3 months have past so quickly and my 'o' levels started yesterday!!!it was the bio practical lol...got some funny kind of bony fish and have to draw it out>.<"and then cut out the gills and draw oso?then state this state that...and got to compare the fish given with a picture of another fish(shark i guess) the similarities and differences...someone cut out the whole gills on 1 side to draw lol...when the invigilator teacher actually cut 1 layer out BESIDE the seat of him coz that guy did not turn up for the practical...xD! then we oso got some grapes and have to squeeze out the juice and then do the benedict's test for reducing sugar with another 2 solutions provided...then the question state that one is 8 units of reducing sugar while the other is only 1 units!but i got one brick-red and the other orange-red!wat the heck sia...but still find it manageable bah overall...hmm... then today pon my geog lesson and reach skool at abt 9 bah...then got maths and i saw this thing:

kinda funny but encouraging though, words from my maths teach-Mr Lim KK...

ha...had quite a fun day today...lols...thought had top go back to skool for some lessons, but it made it more fun..haha.walao eh mr chia...make us wait until so long>.<...physics ended at abt 930...so me tiong lin and zheng hao wanted to go dawson's place to grab a bite...we left asap...coz we oso wanted to ps ervin and jonathan lek..XD..then we took the lift, but ervin know wat we watned to do...he tried to open te lift door but guess the lift kinda lag?haha...we succeeded..lolz...

when we came back, we oso ps the 2 of them at dawson's place..lmao..then it was time for some chemistry practicals...haha..colourful results man!and thx to our 'mad scientist' tiong lin, haha...he anyhow mixed some of the chemicals solutions without any explosions luckily...haha..we got more colours!!!!lols...here are some of our results....xDD:

yesterday was just like no other...lessons+NCC...having BOS and COS...i don rly drilled and screw them enuf..not shiok sia!haiz...about 3 more trainings then i have to tui siu lerx...sad is sad, coz cant rly have fun and all those...but i shall rly mug for exams after temporary retiring for 6 months. i hope to go for the CLT course and come back to contribute and help.lols...

v sian sia....lawl...long time no pots...but alot of things happened....take chinese new yr for exmaple...one of the days i went wif some of my frens to mr goh's hse...damn man...his condo is kinda ulu...>.<
then play cards wif his students who were 10 yrs older than me....lol...still got eat alot of stuff...pizza, bak gua, jelly...most funny is the bak gua...the tub of bakgua left only abt half..slightly more...but once it was opened by us, it reduced so quickly by another half...XDD...kinda fast...actually before going up, my gd fren, a scout, gd in map reading...got lost...i was stunned and surprised.-.-
that was 2 side of jalan melayu and he went the oher way instead...haha...then have to trouble me to get him to the right place...then,"orh..."lmao...
and i oso found out that mr goh's hse the sliding door to the balcony had something wrong and could not lock on....after much investigation, i realise that it was the prob with the lock thingy...haha...

then i oso went out wif my frens to watch jumper on valentines' day...saying that we r the anti-valentines ppl....keke...then the last event for me took place was on tuesday, it was the affirmation ceremony apppointments holders selection day, i email the rsm ncc that i was interested on only the eve, thankfully i was accepted.then i skipped my chem lessons, and went for it..after much encouragement from florencia!THANX FLOR!coz i was really feeling v emo and v stressed during the chinese lessons..then she came over and talked to me...feeling much better, i went ahead for it.as i was about to leave the school compund, slyvester ask if was going for the selection, then kinda screamed...when i said yes.he immediately msg the sm and got a +ve reply.woots...

reached home at abt 230, on the com, confirmed for sm reply mail, and went to cut my hair...coz it was rlly too long and messy.whew, yitseng tried to call me, but i left my phone on charge at home, realising that he had called me for 5 times...Zzz..then he told me that he could not go..his lesson gonna end real late.told sly to meet me at the mrt station at 4pm sharp, cannot late, then he only reach at 420pm...so we bia cab down...total of $12.80--only took us abt 25 minutes to reach the amoy quee camp.kinda early....

then the booking-in proccess, gathering with the other cadets...waiting for the test.we drew 10 arms(rifles)...coz we doing arm drills for our test.rlly nervous man...thr was 23 cadets...abt 15 cadets officers and CLTs.only the cadets officers and CLTs are eligible for the ensigns...sadd...then after drawing the arms, while practicing, thr was a warrant who taught us the rihgt way of order arm...which i find it rather awkward....then in groups of 4(when the sm call out our name), we went for the tests.his commands are very very strong...woots...first time hearing him giving the command.xD...i went for the second round, which i was rly stressed...coz i was in between 1 supernum and 1 MSG...craze man...then all 3 of us went for the third round...which left only 6...guess he was selecting the coulours RSM(i want it very very badly!!!),wonder if i had made it....

i was expectedly by my fren which he did not make it to the 10 space...haiz...then he kept cursing when we were leaving...lols..he went to ang mo kio to eat while i took bus and try to find my way to home...bus only...coz i don have enuf fund in my card...tired man..but i find it worth...reached home at 9pm...but now...i get to wear the No. 1 uniform...=)..hopefully i get the colours rsm pots...coz sm say he will pick thru the rehearsals....

what i m going to share MAYhave abit of sick contents...not that sick too..and pls do not think otherwise..it was juz that i went to ngee ann poly's open house on last saturday...and we dicided to meet at 1030 at some mrt station.after that we have to go to another mrt station as thr is whr the shuttle serive is and whr we have to meet another guy...so the first bus came at 11am and the guy did not come.so we went ahead first and PS-ed him...xD..

and when we were in the poly, tyhere were certain ppl who asked if i m a student there...thinking that 'do i look so old?', for i just merely wore a OBS shirt and jeans and a ZINC sling.lolz....and there were my frens, teasing me...=.=

nvm dont tok abt that liao...we went to the shool of life science and chemistry, and we looked around...guess what!we found something that was very interesting and fresh to us!---differentiating between male and female goldfishes and how to HELP them PCC!which means masturbate!!!!!WHOO~~~and we kinda got excited...*wondered why*

then there was also this part abt nursing....and we had to halp each other do the blood test for blood glucose level....and there was kinda difficulty of taking out my blood...so they said that i had very little blood...-.-which made me went diaoz....

still remember few days back, went with my part Bs(sec 2,NCC) to tampines fire station HQ...for their civil defence course...lols..have to meet up @ the mrt station at 730am...then got a cadet who came so late at 750am..guess why?he was so sleepy that he alighted at kallang...thinking that it was tampines already...@.@
cant blame anyway, feel abit pity for him as he oso havent eat breakfast yet...lols...
i m a staff sergeant and i was wearing lanyard...when we reach the HQ, the teacher-in-charge of the part B pass me some $$4 for their lunch and left..he just accompany us there..in case we do not know how to go.
so i was thr with the sec 2s..and i oso filled up a form given...then we were taught abt the stretchers( 4-man, improvised) and others..so they chose some to show how to open and close the 4-man stretcher.and they picked on the SSGs...3 of us...walao..then 1 of them take out his lanyard...the other did not wore it there...

when lunch time came, we went to the canteen and again!DANG!the SSGs were picked on again...haiz..sadded lorx..1 of the SSG back in the lecture room tell his cadets ti wear uniforms with no rank next ime when they r bringing their own cadet here...

lols..dam funny...through the lessons got a joker SSG from another skool keep joking..moreover a USM...haha..then he was being laughed back when he actually got talked back by hs cadets...lmao...

the best part is we have to take the test with the cadets, and when we wanted to hand in the answers..the instructor asked:' don want to double-check?'and give a expression as if we are going to do badly...then got 1 of the SSG tell him i cover my ears when handing in...i dont want to hear anything...lols..in the end we pass, unfortunately for some, did not. so the instructors ask for the SSGs opinions, he asked:' who is the more senior one here?' well the SSGs were equal and we just asked for a chance for the rest...

and guess wat?i oso get a cert and badge?!!lols?i was kinda surprised...nvr expect that i can get the badge like that, when i accompany my cadets throughout the lessons...

after we left, we walk to the bus-stop which is not very near..then take a bus back to the mrt station...then i spilt up the rest of the money with my cadets...i went to the supermarket alone..and wanted to get some snacks so that i can eat on my way home, on the bus. then went i was choosing my snacks, i realised that 3 of them was following me, coz i told them i m going back home and i came here instead.so they thought i was meeting my girlfriend, which i did not have 1...though i like someone...then i jus denied.after i bought my snacks they were already gone..lols...

tot either of them could accompany me to take the bus...@.@

lolx..nothing much lately...but i m going for SENIOR SPECIALIST COURSE!WHEE~!i was so excited about it....feeling abit nervous...tml going for a pre-course briefing...if not i will not be able to attend the 3D2N course in Amoy Quee Camp...during the course...i have to teach other cadets on 1 designated Arm and foot drill each...just to show my confidence and ability in organizing ,conducting, and executing commands and instructions...
but i was totally shocked when i got to know my topic on the drills...damn it...XD..the foot drill command is 1 that i have yet to use and not even execute it myself before....OMG!WAD SHOULD I DO!?!?!i only have less than 1 week to prepare...and i still don noe how...and wad to do...haiz..guess i may not pass out as a staff seargent...T_T...

wake up early in the morning....juz abit ltr then normal skool days..abt 7pm?xD...damn freakin tired after a long day rehersal yesterday for the national day parade....but i promise mr goh that i will be in skool today to help him to put up some banners today for the national day....lied on the bed for a moment before getting up at around 7.10....then i did my morning stuff...bathed and had a breakfast of mainly cookies and cereals....then rushed off to skoool at about 8pm with my class-tee and long pants...
reach skool and have to sign in at the security post which i think is quite troublesome but however oso ensures the students safety at the same time.then i went up to the staff room to find mr goh...and then we went to find the ladder..coz there will be some climbing work....but we could not find it..only when his other helper, yiwei come then juz the right time he found the ladder...which then we went to get it and place it next to where the banner is gonna be placed....
his plan was actually to use strong nails hammered into the walls and then hooked up the banners....but we took half an hour and only made a small and shallow hole....then mr goh tot of using drills..which he then drive out to buy....while yi wei and i continue trying....(actually was me lah..coz i don wan to give up like that...)yi wei told me to stop coz mr goh is not there and he will be responsible if either of us is going to be injured....
i carried on...hammering the nail but to no avail...finally mr goh came back with his drill, extension wires and some other equipments....i went down the ladder since he have a drill now..it would be much more easier...but unfortunately was that the person who attended to mr goh at the shop told him that there is a drill bit that come with the drill but there isn't...but mr goh went to buy one just in case....lolx....but the one he bought does not fit inside and it was very shaky...afetr a few tries with it...he decided to bring it back to the shop and ask for the right drill bit..
meanwhile..i bought some drinks and went away till mr goh come back...i actually played chinese chess with a sec 4 guy...but lose.haiz seems that my skills have deteriorated....XD...used to be quite good..but have yet to play for ages....lawl..both of us was left with the last with chess bits..but my defense was weaker..thus i lose..lmao,quite sad me...
when mr goh come back the second time i was rushed and went back to help...but there was still problems on the way and gotta solve it another way....for example...we could not drill holes in the end as there are metals in the middle blocking the way...which was quite a tough problem..and when the scouts finished their training which i did not mention, chen xing came to help us too when mr goh asked him...it took us until the skool was to be closed at 1pm but the person was good enuf to let us leave at around 1.25pm....
where then mr goh offered to give us a treat for helping him such a great deal...he said that he was hot thus we went to a japanese restaurant in great world....he went to the gents after we got a place and the 3 of us:chenxing,yiwei and me was looking thru the menus of wad we could call for...and we went O_O!!!lawl...japanese cuisine are definitely expensive....man...the prices are kinda scary....
after he returned, he asked for cold green tea which came shortly and the rest of us called for the same...as we went thru the menus again...the waitress came and asked wad do we want...then mr goh asked if we eat sashimi and he got a 'yes' and he went ahead to call for his food.then i called for a 'chicken khatsu and sashimi zen'followed by chenxing and yiwei.after the waitress go away, chenxing ask me if i know japanese as i said the dish name fluently...i replied no and i just merely read it as though it was english...XDXD....
chenxing's set meal came first...and yiwei joked, saying that now he,mr goh and i watch him eat...then ,ltr he gotta watch us eat....lmao...then chenxing say that he will wait for us then.but in the end he eat first...then came the soft shell crab that mr goh called for....and my set meal...then followed by the rest.....
we chatted as we had our lunch and talk about the other time when mr goh came back with the sec 3 from the campsite for the 'o' level chinese oral exam as they took higher mother tongue...including me...then he treated us mcdonald's..for our lunch....and said that we are to pay him $5 each which only tiong lin did...lawl..soon our food was finished up...and our utencils all that are cleared off..except chenxing's..coz there s still a piece of tuna left on his small plate.where mr goh had went to clear the payments...then me and yiwei tricked him into saying 'we must not waste food' and forced him finish the last piece....haha...
after which we left the restaurant and followed mr goh to buy some stuff from the stationery shop....then he drove us to outram park MRT station and dropped us off there....on the way there he ask us to guess the total amount that we ate which we fear hearing the price:$130++....man...that was a bit siao?but i can only say that that meal was great....as we alighted the car, we thanked mr goh together and then he went off....
then yiwei said that he was looking for some earpiece thingy and chenxing and i accompanied along...and suggested to go harbourfront,vivocity to look for it...then as we reach vivo..we look at the possible shops that sell them and wen to vivomart...as we think there is.and TADA!we found the section...finally he settled down in buying a speaker that was strong and powerful and was within his budget..
after which we left vivocity and went home on seperate buses and mrts...
until now i m typing my blog after reaching home, changed and bathed.....
